At Kall Her Beauti, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, eligible items may be returned for store credit only. We do not issue cash refunds, partial refunds, or original‑payment refunds.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
Items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage
- Returned with all original packaging and tags (if applicable)

Final Sale Items (Not Eligible for Return)

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Items marked Final Sale
Digital products
Gift cards
Clearance or promotional items labeled as non‑returnable
personalized items

Store Credit Only

All approved returns are issued as store credit in the form of a digital gift card.
Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future purchase.
Store credit will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non‑refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include photos and your order number.
We will replace the item or issue store credit if a replacement is unavailable.

International Returns & Refunds

We gladly accept international returns under the following conditions:

International customers have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return.
All international returns follow the same rules: store credit only, no cash refunds.
Customers are responsible for:
- Return shipping costs
- Any customs fees, duties, or taxes associated with returning the item
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
