Processing Time

All orders are processed within 7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Processing time does not include weekends or shipping transit time.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


U.S. Shipping

  • After the 7‑business‑day processing window, U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on the carrier and destination.

  • Shipping times may vary during holidays, sales, or high‑volume periods.

  • Kall Her Beauti is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.


International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide. Please note the following:

  • International orders require the same 7‑business‑day processing time.

  • Transit times vary by country and may take 10–21 business days or longer depending on customs, local postal services, and regional delays.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by their country.

  • Kall Her Beauti is not responsible for customs delays or packages held by local authorities.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer is responsible for reshipment costs.

  • Refunds are not issued for orders returned due to address errors.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it:

  • Please contact the carrier directly to open a claim.

  • Kall Her Beauti is not responsible for packages marked as delivered.
