"Why I stopped shrinking and started walking: The story behind my new book."

For a long time, I was a master at the art of disappearing.

I don’t mean I wasn't there physically—I’m a plus-sized woman; I take up space. But I mean I was shrinking my spirit. I was wearing the "safe" clothes, staying quiet in the rooms where I had the most to say, and handing out the keys to my heart to people who hadn’t even earned the privilege of a seat at my table.

I was living my life as a background character in my own story.

The Moment the Roar Started The shift didn't happen overnight. It happened in the mirror. It happened when I realized that my curves weren't a problem to be solved, but a legacy to be celebrated. I realized that my "Lead Energy" wasn't something I had to wait for permission to use—it was already inside me, waiting for me to stop apologizing for it.

I started Kall Her Beauti because I wanted to dress the woman I was becoming—the woman who is "The View" and doesn't blink. But I soon realized that the clothes were just the uniform; the real battle was in the mindset.

Leaving Footprints for You I’ve spent years unlearning the habit of shrinking. I’ve had to learn how to be my own best friend so I could recognize when a "friendship" was actually just a disguise for hurt. I taught these same lessons to my children, and today, I see them walking with that same unapologetic confidence.

That is why I wrote my first ebook: I Am Her: The footprints from the Confidence Journey.

I don't want you to have to walk through the same fire I did. I want you to look at my footprints and realize that the path to peace is already paved for you. If you are struggling to find your voice, or if you feel like you’re still handing out the keys to your world too easily, let me walk with you.

I’ll shine for both of us until you’re ready to shine on your own. But Sis, you have to be willing to do the work.
